Due to the nature and variability of the product, the risk of tampering & keeping the random process intact, VBB / BBFL has a strict no refund policy on our boxes. 

All sales once shipped, are considered final. Customers can request to cancel their presale orders only up to 5 days before the products official launch/ship date.
